The other day, I went to a movie with my friend. The movie is Bakuman. It is based on a comic. The story is about two students' cartoonists. When I was a high school student, I had read this comic halfway. I liked this comic. In this time, I heard the news Bakuman made into a movie and I decided to watch this movie.

The story of the movie is different from the based comic a lot. So, there were some points which I couldn't allow. But on the contrary, it was fun for me because as if I felt that I watched other movies. Also, the movie was fusion of two dimensions and three dimensions. It was a strange feeling. In addition, it was good that all soundtracks and the theme of this movie are Sakanaction.

Review2: Cool Hand Luke

This time, I watched “Cool Hand Luke”.  

This story’s stage is a jail in Florida. The main character is Luke Jackson. He was a soldier and decorated with a medal for his achievements before. Although he had an excellent background, he was arrested for breaking parking meters. He is sentenced to two years’ imprisonment. He meets many prisoners such as Dragline there. I think Dragline is the boss of the jail. At first, he is disliked other prisoners with Dragline at the head of the list. The reason is that he is impudent in spite of being a newcomer. One day, he gets into a fight with Dragline. Dragline’s body is too big and strong, so Luke is attacked and attacked. The audience can’t continue to look at their fight. However, Luke never gives up. Finally, he won this fight by not giving up and Dragline recognizes him. After that, Luke is respected from prisoners.  
 

It is heavy labor in jail, but he and the prisoners are full of life with Luke at the head of them. He is a man who tries his best to do everything, if it is a little thing. They like him and go with him. They enjoy gambling and little things too. Thanks to Luke, their men’s friendship is getting warm.  

In the middle of the day, a tragedy strikes him. His mother died. After he gets the sad news, he sheds tears. Prisoners and prison guards consider his situation. However, three days after, he tries prison breaking. He is arrested soon and gets heavy punishment. After that, he breaks out of prison again. In this time, he can get away for a long time, so he becomes a hero among prisoners. He is arrested again. Because it is a second time, punishment for him is getting harder. It is hard for me to watch the scene. A prison guard says to Luke, “if you break out of prison again, we’ll kill you.” Because the punishment is too hard, he finally mends his ways. The prisoners change their behavior. The reason is they like his rebellious spirit and bravery. Meanwhile, he achieves third jailbreak with Dragline. In the middle of the getaway, they separate and Luke goes into a church. He speaks to God there. Then, Dragline appears in front of Luke. Dragline informs the police on Luke because of his single-minded desire to help Luke. Luke smiles to Dragline, he appears in front of the police and says, “What we’ve got here is failure to communicate.” Immediately, he is shot. Dragline howls with sadness and angry at the police. Although Luke finally died, he keeps living forever in their minds. 

The movie was a little difficult for me. I can’t understand why Luke continues to break out of prison. If he didn’t resist, he can be released from prison soon. But, I tried to think about his mind. I think he doesn’t want to be under society’s thumb. He sticks to his will. His posture is so cool! Also, he is a man who tries his best to do everything, even if it is only something too little to notice. So, he can change everything into fun. Because of that, prisoners like him very much. I felt the men’s strong warm friendship in this movie. They enjoy in earnest and support each other. I am attracted to this. Although Luke died at the end and I shocked about it, I am fascinated by Luke.

Review1: Glee

This time, I watched the 1st episode of Glee. I was interested in this drama, but I have never watched it yet. Also, I like music and musical movie, so I decided to try watching Glee. 

Glee is a musical comedy drama. This story’s stage is the glee club “New Directions!” of William McKinley high school. One of the main characters (Glee 1st episode) is Will Schuester who becomes the adviser of the club. He struggles for getting back the past glory of the club, but other teachers do not cooperate with him. Only five members join the club at first. They are Rachel Berry, Mercedes Jones, Tina Cohen-Chang, Kurt Hummel and Artie Abrams. They joined it because they want to be superior to the others in singing. However, few people are interested in joining, and everything isn’t going well. So, Will somehow gets Finn who belongs to football club to join glee club. The other glee club members are surprised when they listen to his singing. The club starts to get off the ground. Although Will tried quitting his job because of his problems with his wife without fulfilling his ambition in the middle of the story, thanks to advice of his colleague and the club members’ motivation, he decided to continue to serve as an adviser of the club. After that, their story is started. 

In this drama, at first, some teachers treated glee club cruelly. I felt bad. Although in this situation, Will Schuester never gave up. So, the club members go along with him. Their efforts are their youth, I thought. I would like to join this club and spend my high school life together. A regrettable thing is that Cory Allan Monteith who played Finn Hudson died. The news filled me with great sorrow.

First, android has many manufacturers, for example, sony, sharp, samsun, etc. Those manufacturers make a lot of models, so you can choose what you like. Next, some people like android one-seg-receiving functions. Watching TV with one’s phone is very convenient for them because without TV, they can enjoy television program anywhere. What’s more, there is the android which is waterproof. It is possible to watch television even in a place where humidity is high like a bathroom. In addition, it can use a SD card. If you often take photos and videos, capacity will become quiet full. It will be saved on a capacity side when the model that you can use a SD card. Also, android has big screen. Android is a mainstay of around 5 inches terminal,　people are easy to see large screen. They can watch Web page, e-mail and electronic
book comfortably.

Although android has many good point, there are some bad point. It is different in the number of the buttons, placement, operability by a model because the android can develop a mobile carrier freely. Therefore, might have trouble a little to be used to new operability when people change a model. On the other hand, people who have iPhone come to be able to operate most of in the one-button of middle because the iPhone assumes is simple, making it a concept like iPad or iPod. This is a design that is consistent from the initial series of iPhone, it will probably not be troubled with even change models as appeared a new models.

On the other hand, there are some merit and demerit of iPhone.

At first, one of the merit of iPhone is that iPhone is cheaper than android. IPhone6 Plus is about 86000 yen. On the other hand, some androids are between about 69000 yen and 93000 yen. In this way, android’s prices are different from every types. There is an android which is cheaper than iPhone.

At last, let you know about how many people use iPhone and android each other. In Japan, the percentage of android users are 45.8%. IPhone users are 49.2%. IPhone seems popular than android in Japan. However, the number of iPhone users are less than android users’ in abroad. Just Japan is that iPhone is more popular than android. Please look at this graph. This is a detail of the data.

The reason is android is cheaper than iPhone in abroad. In this way, each countries are different from popularity of iPhone and android.

Essay 2-01a: My Regular Place is...

I often go to Hikari-no-Mori which is a shopping mall. One of the reason is it is relatively near my home. I can go there about 15-20 minutes by car or about 10 minutes by train. Sometimes, I go there on my way home. In addition, there are many tenants in the shopping mall. I often buy my clothes and sometimes watch movies there.

When I go to Hikari-no-Mori, I go to KALDI at first. It is in first floor. I get tasting a cup of coffe and I shop there. The shop has a lot of imported meals foods. Also, the shop's composition is like western libraries, so it is fun to shop KALDI.

MAMAIKUKO is my favorite grocery store in first floor. The shop's goods are cute and girly. I like grocery goods, so I usually go there. I enjoy only window shopping at the shop. When I shop there, time goes by slowly. 

At second floor, I often go clothes shops. I usually go Slaw&w closet and ERG les Cepo. These are my favorite clothes shops at Hikari-no-Mori recently. Slaw&w closet's clothes are girly and casual. This shop's sense suits my taste! Sometimes, the shop sells clothes of which galaxy pattern. I like galaxy very much, so it is one of my favorite reason. In addition, salesclerks at this shop talk to me cheerfully. Although clothes' prices at this shop are a little expensive for me, I can't help buying. ERG les Cepo's clothes are casual, natural and simple. I like not only clothes at this shop too, but also shopper. This shop's shopper's design is fashionable and cute! It is one of the reason that I like this shop.

In addition, there is a bookstore "Kinokuniya" at second floor. There are a lot of books. When I want to buy some books, I almost go there. There are retrieval machines of books. If I look for books, thanks to the machine, I can find the books soon.

Also, there is a movie theater "TOHO CINEMAS" at second floor. Although I don't go to the movies very often, I like this movie theater the best. This movie theater is large and fine. I want to go there again.

Hikari-no-Mori is easy to go for me and there are many my favorite stores. Hikari-no-Mori is my favorite place!

BR 2-02: Stories of Snowmen

" 'All snowmen come alive at night.' said Chilly"

This story was about some cute snowmen. They can alive at only night, so they are able to move and speak every night. Just the thought of snowmen would do so in reality, it is very funny for me!! I felt I would like to make snowman after finishing this book. In addition, I became looking forward to waiting this winter. In this winter, I may make my original snowman. But in Kumamoto, snowing is not often. I hope to be going to be snowy.

I don't know this story very much, but ALADDIN is a famous for a disney movie. Although I had never seen it, I thought that it is a romantic love story. In this book, obviously the story is a love story too. However, it is described smoothly, I think. Also, I was surprised that Aladdin killed two evil men in this book. The story in the movie and this book differ greatly on this point, I thought.
